We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Management Intern to support our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have an interest in social media, content creation, basic SEO, email marketing, and visual design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content, including posts, carousels, reels and stories.
- Create basic social media creatives using Canva and/or Adobe tools.
- Write and edit social media captions and other marketing content.
- Research relevant industry trends, hashtags and content ideas.
- Assist with basic SEO activities, including keyword research, content optimization and SEO-friendly captions/content.
- Assist in preparing and sending email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Maintain and update the social media and content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Track basic social media and email marketing performance.
- Support the marketing team with campaigns, events and other digital marketing activities.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and social media marketing.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and newsletters.
- Good command of written English and communication skills.
- Ability to create creatives using Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, content and visual presentation.
- Awareness of current social media trends and content formats.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
