Role Description This is a remote social media internship role for a duration of 6 months, with a stipend of up to 3,000 (per month, as applicable). The intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.

Daily tasks include drafting posts, basic graphic or video content coordination, scheduling updates, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages under guidance. The intern will support digital marketing campaigns, help track performance metrics, and provide ideas to improve reach and brand awareness. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to social media and HR-related content.

Qualifications





- Ability to effectively use Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing techniques to support brand growth and audience engagement.
- Skill in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including developing engaging, platform-appropriate posts and campaigns.
- Strong Communication skills, with explicit written and verbal expression and an eye for concise, professional messaging.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, or similar).
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a remote work setting.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, with a proactive attitude toward feedback and continuous improvement.
- Currently studying or recently completed a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, HR, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
