Job Title: Social Media Intern

Salary Range

- Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
- Experience: Freshers / Recent Graduates
- Opportunity: Based on performance, candidates will be offered a full-time Social Media Executive role

Role Overview: As a Social Media Intern, you will support the marketing team in creating engaging content, monitoring social media platforms, and assisting with digital campaigns to strengthen SILAII’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn,



and Facebook.
- Research social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to support content strategy.
- Create engaging captions, short-form content ideas, and visual concepts for posts and campaigns.
- Support in designing basic creatives, reels, and stories.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement across social platforms.
- Track performance metrics and prepare basic social media reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure brand voice and visual consistency across all social media channels.

Requirements:
- Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing tools is a plus.
- Positive writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
