About the Role:

We are a fast-growing, founder-led direct-to-consumer (D2C) company. We're looking for a Social Media Intern to support our organic social media execution — primarily on Instagram. This is a hands-on learning role where you'll work closely with the Social Media & Influencer Executive to keep content moving and consistent.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in scheduling and publishing content (reels, posts, stories) across social platforms.
- Help maintain and update the content calendar
- Write clear, error-free captions and copy in English for posts, reels, and stories.
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth) and compile simple reports.
- Support community engagement — respond to comments and DMs under guidance.
- Research trending formats, audio, and cultural moments,



and share findings with the team.
- Coordinate with video editors to ensure content is ready and posted on schedule.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

- Strong personal interest in social media.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Basic understanding of Instagram formats, trends, and posting best practices.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks/deadlines.
- Familiarity with trends, reels, memes, and niche content culture.

Good to Have (Plus Points)

- Personal social media presence or content creation experience.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva or Meta Business Suite.
- An eye for valuable content and what performs well on Instagram.
