Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company's social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and improving customer engagement for VERO LIE.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create engaging content related to sportswear, fashion, products, offers, campaigns, and brand activities.
- Coordinate with the Design, Photography, Video, Sales, and Marketing teams for content creation.
- Write captions, hashtags, posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Plan and manage Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, and short-form videos.
- Monitor social media trends and implement relevant trends to increase reach and engagement.
- Manage comments, messages, customer queries, and online interactions professionally.
- Build and maintain a strong online community around the brand.
- Work with influencers, creators, athletes, and other relevant personalities for collaborations.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitors and analyse their social media strategies.
- Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, followers, leads, website traffic, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to increase followers, engagement, brand visibility, and sales.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for paid social media advertising campaigns.




- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and visual presentation across all social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, features, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Solid content creation and copywriting skills.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Creative thinking and strong visual sense.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyse social media insights and prepare reports.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools is preferred.
- Good understanding of fashion, sportswear, lifestyle, and consumer trends.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fashion, sportswear, garments, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- Freshers with strong social media knowledge and a good portfolio may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be creative, trend-aware, proactive, and passionate about fashion and sportswear, with the ability to convert ideas into engaging social media content and measurable business results. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
