We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, audience engagement, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube and other relevant platforms.

- Plan and execute monthly/weekly social media content calendars.

- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.

- Coordinate with the design and content teams for creative requirements.

- Write engaging captions and social media copy.

- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.

- Increase audience engagement, followers, reach, and overall brand visibility.

- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.

- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.

- Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers,



and campaign performance.

- Support social media campaigns, promotions, and other digital marketing activities.

- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of social media platforms and their features.

- Solid content writing and communication skills.

- Creative thinking with an eye for engaging content.

- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools.

- Understanding of social media analytics and insights.

- Ability to follow trends and create relevant content.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of experience in social media management/digital marketing.
