About the Role

We are looking for a Creator Partnerships & Influencer Growth Manager to build and scale our creator-led acquisition channel. The role involves managing the complete creator partnership lifecycle — from identifying and approaching relevant creators to negotiating commercials, coordinating campaigns, and tracking performance.

The ideal candidate should understand the Indian creator ecosystem and be capable of building meaningful, long-term creator relationships that generate measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-potential creators based on niche, audience quality, engagement and brand fit.
- Build relationships directly with creators, managers and influencer agencies through outreach and consistent follow-ups.
- Negotiate partnership structures including fixed-fee, affiliate, revenue-share, ambassador and hybrid models.
- Brief creators on campaign objectives, positioning, messaging and deliverables.
- Coordinate campaign execution across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, posts and live sessions.
- Track campaign performance using metrics such as leads, conversions, CAC, ROI and ROAS.
- Identify high-performing partnerships and scale successful collaborations.




- Build and manage an affiliate and ambassador pipeline for repeat and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain an organized creator CRM to ensure timely follow-ups and relationship management.
- Continuously identify new opportunities within the creator and influencer ecosystem.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing or brand partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem.
- Proven experience in directly negotiating and managing partnerships with creators, managers or agencies.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to evaluate creators based on audience-product fit, engagement and conversion potential.
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and evaluating campaign ROI.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- You focus only on views and engagement without measuring conversions and ROI.
