? What you’ll be doing

- Managing social media accounts for multiple brands
- Handling day-to-day client communication and account coordination
- Understanding client requirements, feedback and priorities
- Planning monthly content calendars
- Brainstorming reels, statics, carousels & campaigns
- Researching trends, competitors and audience behaviour
- Creating clear briefs for copy, design & video teams
- Coordinating internally with copywriters, designers, video editors, strategists and performance teams
- Assigning,



following up and ensuring work gets completed on time
- Driving tasks from brief → execution → internal review → client approval → publishing
- Keeping timelines, approvals and deliverables on track
- Publishing & managing content
- Tracking performance and understanding what worked
- Figuring out why something absolutely flopped ?
- Managing client feedback and coordinating revisions with internal teams
- Proactively bringing new ideas instead of waiting for briefs

? You'll probably love this role if
- Your Instagram Saved folder could qualify as market research
- You understand trends before brands kill them
- You can differentiate between a viral reel and a useful reel
- You can manage multiple brands without losing the plot
- You’re comfortable speaking with clients and managing expectations
- You can coordinate multiple internal teams and get things DONE
- You have strong communication and follow-up skills
- You understand basic analytics
- You’re organised and valuable with timelines
- You can turn random observations into content ideas
- You believe strategy + creativity + execution > random posting
