Scale Labs is hiring a Social Media Executive to manage and execute social media activities across platforms, with a strong focus on content creation, copywriting, creative execution, and day-to-day social media management. (Full time, Remote). Freelancers should NOT apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
2. Plan, create, and execute social media content including posts, carousels, reels, stories, and other formats
3. Write engaging and platform-appropriate copies, captions, hooks, and social media content
4. Create social media creatives using Canva and other creative tools
5. Use AI image generation tools to create visuals and creative assets for social media
6. Handle basic video editing for reels, short-form videos, and other social media content
7. Develop creative concepts and turn ideas into visually engaging social media content
8. Repurpose existing content into different formats suitable for various social media platforms
9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely planning and execution of content

Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and communication across platforms

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) – mandatory
2. Strong copywriting and content-writing skills
3. Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats
4. Hands-on experience with Canva and basic creative design
5. Familiarity with AI image generation and AI-powered creative tools
6. Basic video editing skills for social media content
7. Strong creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content ideas
8. Good attention to detail and understanding of brand consistency
9. Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
10. Ability to manage multiple social media tasks and deadlines simultaneously
11. Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role is preferred
12. Full-time availability only

Salary: ₹25,000 per month
