ABOUT THE ROLE

Min 1 year experience We're looking for one person to own our entire social media presence - Instagram first, then LinkedIn and X. You'll be the face and voice of our brand: creating content, appearing on camera, and building a real community around what we do. This isn't a "post and pray" role. You'll think strategy, shoot content, edit, post, and analyze end to end.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own Instagram as the primary platform - Reels, Stories, carousels, trends - end to end
- Appear on camera confidently - talking-head videos, BTS content, founder/brand-voice reels
- Record and edit content - from planning the shot to publishing the final cut
- Manage LinkedIn - thought-leadership posts, company updates, engagement
- Manage X (Twitter) - timely posts, threads, community engagement




- Plan content calendars across all three platforms, aligned with brand goals
- Track performance - analyse what's working, iterate rapid
- Stay on top of trends - audio, formats, platform algorithm shifts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Prior experience in social media management (agency, brand, or personal - show us your work)
- Comfortable and confident on camera - this is non-negotiable, not optional
- Strong content instincts - you know what stops the scroll
- Basic to intermediate editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot - whatever gets it done well)
- Understanding of platform-specific content - what works on Insta, what works on LinkedIn, what works on X
- Self-starter energy - you don't need someone hand-holding every post

NICE TO HAVE

- A personal social presence / portfolio you can show us
- Experience working with founders or personal brands
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Figma)
