Social Media & Community Growth Executive

We are looking for a creative, growth-oriented, and data-driven Social Media & Community Growth Executive to build and scale our brand presence across social platforms and online communities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and other platforms.

Create engaging written, visual, video, and interactive content for SaaS/technology audiences.

Build and manage communities across LinkedIn, Reddit, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Product Hunt, etc.

Experiment with content formats, campaigns, messaging, and growth strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.

Leverage AI tools for content creation, research, analytics, and productivity.

Track key metrics including follower growth, engagement, reach, traffic, leads, and conversions.

Conduct competitor analysis and social listening to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product,



and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in social media marketing, community building, and audience growth.

Proven experience with SaaS, technology, startups, or digital-first brands.

Robust knowledge of LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit, and Instagram.

Experience with social media management/analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.

Strong content creation, storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to test and optimize growth strategies.

Portfolio/case studies demonstrating successful social media or community growth.

Preferred

B2B SaaS or Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience.

Experience in thought leadership/personal branding.

Familiarity with paid social and performance marketing.
