About the Role

Vasal Education is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, increasing audience engagement, and supporting digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and other digital content.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for creative requirements.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Track social media trends, education-related trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and enquiries.
- Analyze social media performance using platform insights and prepare regular reports.
- Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with digital marketing teams when required.




- Ensure all content follows the organization's brand guidelines and communication standards.
- Cover and promote events, achievements, activities, and important updates of Vasal Education.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and/or other content creation tools.
- Ability to create engaging reels and short-form video content.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with robust social media skills and relevant internships/projects may also apply.
