About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can turn ideas into engaging content, meaningful conversations, and memorable brand experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media strategy, content planning, campaigns, and community engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.

Plan and manage content calendars across social media platforms.

Create compelling and engaging social media copy, captions, and storytelling content.

Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour.

Manage online communities and actively engage with followers.

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to turn ideas into impactful content.

Monitor and analyse social media performance using relevant metrics and insights.

Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and overall brand presence.





Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s tone, identity, and communication guidelines.

Requirements

3- 7 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and storytelling.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid understanding of major social media platforms and their trends.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas. Ability to understand brand objectives and translate them into effective social media communication.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance insights and optimise strategies.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
