We are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally curious Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is interested in social media, content creation, personal branding, digital marketing, SEO, and client management and wants hands-on experience working on real brands and marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with our team to manage social media activities, create content, support personal branding initiatives, execute digital marketing activities, and contribute ideas that help brands grow online.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

- Manage day-to-day social media activities for clients and personal brands.
- Plan and maintain social media content calendars.
- Research trending topics, content formats, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop social media content.
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and overall social media performance.
- Track social media metrics and prepare basic performance reports.

Personal Branding
- Assist in building and managing personal brands for business owners, founders, and professionals.
- Research relevant industry topics and convert them into content ideas.
- Develop content concepts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Assist with founder-led content, thought leadership, educational posts, and short-form video content.
- Understand the person's expertise, tone, and positioning and ensure content reflects their personal brand.
- Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and authority.

Digital Marketing
- Support SEO, content marketing, and online marketing activities.
- Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research.
- Assist with on-page SEO and content optimization.




- Support Google Business Profile and local digital marketing activities.
- Assist with basic website and conversion optimization activities.
- Track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.

Client & Team Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding content, approvals, requirements, and updates.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, SEO specialists, and other team members.
- Understand client objectives and convert them into actionable marketing activities.
- Maintain task updates and ensure assigned work is completed on time.
- Participate in client meetings and internal strategy discussions when required.

Good to Have
- Experience managing a personal or business social media account.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics/Search Console.
- Experience with content writing or copywriting.
- Knowledge of short-form video content such as Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content research and ideation.
- Any previous internship, freelance, college project, or personal project in digital marketing.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
