We are looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across multiple social media platforms.

Locations: New Town, Kolkata (Near Nazrul Tirtha)

Fresh graduates are welcome and will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Edit videos for long-form content, Reels, Shorts and other social media formats.
- Create engaging and platform-specific content from raw footage.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Write and optimize titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags and other content elements.
- Create or manage thumbnails and basic social media creatives.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms and new features.
- Analyze performance metrics such as views, reach, CTR, engagement, watch time and retention.
- Identify high-performing content and develop strategies to improve future performance.
- Research trending topics and suggest new content ideas and formats.
- Repurpose content across different platforms to maximize reach.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity and content quality.





Required Skills
- Video editing experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Experience in various AI tools will be a plus.
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and content growth strategies.
- Good understanding of audience retention, engagement and analytics.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop for thumbnails and creatives is an advantage.
- Strong communication, creativity and storytelling skills.
- A valuable sense of aesthetics, trends and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of content performance.

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience managing social media pages or YouTube channels.
- A strong portfolio of edited videos and social media content.
- Experience growing or managing a personal/brand social media presence will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
