What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

- Trend Spotting & Strategy: Scroll with a purpose. You’ll track live trends, internet culture, and meme formats, turning them into winning content strategies and campaign ideas for personal and business brands.
- On-Camera & Vox Pops: Be the face of the brand! Host, interview, and shoot engaging Vox Pops on the streets and office floors with zero camera shyness.
- End-to-End Content Creation: Ideate, script, shoot, and edit high-retention short-form content (Reels, Shorts, and Stories) using your smartphone and editing tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro.




- Campaign Ideation: Brainstorm and execute creative social media campaigns that actually get people talking (and sharing).
- Multi-Platform Execution: Build content tailored for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn across both personal and service-based business brands.

Who You Are (The Vibe Check):

- Chronically Online: You spend way too much time on social media, but hey—now it's your job. You know why a trend went viral before it even peaks.
- Outgoing & Camera-Friendly: You have zero awkwardness. Approaching strangers for a Vox Pop or talking to a lens feels as natural to you as texting.
- Strategist at Heart: You don't just make pretty reels; you understand hooks, retention, pacing, and what makes a campaign convert or blow up.
- Creative Toolkit: Hands-on experience shooting on a smartphone and editing with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
- Experience & Culture Fit: 2–3 years of relevant experience, a deep understanding of Gen Z humor, and a portfolio that proves you can walk the talk.
