About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive who understands social media trends, content creation, and short-form video. The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera, creating reels, shooting content, and editing videos for Instagram and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and execute engaging social media content, especially Instagram Reels.
- Appear on camera and be the face of reels/content whenever required.
- Shoot short-form videos and coordinate content shoots.
- Edit reels using tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing software.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and ideas for reels.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, trending audio, formats, memes, and content styles.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, and basic social media copy.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and other teams for content requirements.
- Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach, engagement, and followers.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across social media platforms.




- Take ownership of the complete content creation process—from idea → shooting → editing → publishing.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media management/content creation.
- Proven experience in Reels/short-form video creation and editing.
- Candidates who have previously appeared in reels, promotional videos, or social media content will be preferred.
- Comfortable and confident facing the camera.
- Good understanding of Instagram and current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and content creation tools.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Indore-based candidates preferred/eligible.
