Role Overview

B.I.G Media Communications is looking for a creative Social Media Executive & Graphic Designer who can manage social media platforms while creating engaging and visually appealing content for our brands and clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage social media accounts.
2. Plan and execute monthly content calendars and social media campaigns.
3. Create engaging posts, stories, reels, carousels, and other digital content.
4. Design social media creatives using various tools.
5. Write creative captions and social media copy.
6. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and content formats.
7. Monitor engagement, audience interactions, and social media performance.
8. Coordinate with the internal team for content, campaigns, photography, and video requirements.
9. Maintain consistent brand identity across all social media platforms.
10.



Track basic social media analytics and prepare performance reports.

Requirements
1. Experience in social media management and graphic design.
2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
3. Positive design sense with knowledge of typography, colours, and layouts.
4. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software.
5. Good communication and copywriting skills.
6. Basic video/reel editing skills will be an advantage.
7. Creative, organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
8. A portfolio of graphic design and social media work is preferred.
