? We're Hiring: Social Media Executive | Goa

We're expanding our team in Goa! Looking for creative and tech-savvy Social Media Executives for a 6-month engagement.

? Location: Goa

⏳ Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and schedule content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Design creatives and posts using Canva and other design tools
- Leverage AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, and creative generation
- Manage content calendars and scheduling using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
- Monitor trends, political developments, and public sentiment to keep content timely and relevant
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and political sensitivity/compliance




- Track engagement metrics and optimize posting strategy accordingly

Requirements:

- 3–4 years of experience in social media management/content creation
- Hands-on proficiency with Canva and AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, image/video AI tools)
- Experience with social media scheduling/management tools like Hootsuite
- Strong understanding of political and social media landscape (especially regional/Goa context)
- Excellent visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment
