About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Social Media Specialist to manage our digital presence, strengthen brand communication, and drive consistent engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute content across all social media platforms using a structured content calendar.
- Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) by monitoring and responding to comments,

messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and manage newsletters and digital press releases to support brand communication and campaigns.




- Support SEO-driven content strategies, optimizing posts for reach, engagement, and visibility.
- Track performance metrics, analyse insights, and share regular reports with actionable recommendations.

Key Requirements

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in social media management.
- Candidates from Digital Marketing Agencies will be preferred.
- Robust understanding of social media analytics, content strategy, and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
