Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager who can strengthen our online presence, increase followers, drive relevant website traffic, generate qualified business enquiries, and manage our Shopify website.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business profiles.
- Develop and execute monthly social media and digital marketing plans.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, product promotions, and advertising campaigns.
- Increase genuine followers, engagement, brand awareness, and website traffic.
- Generate qualified leads and business enquiries through digital marketing.
- Plan, run, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager.




- Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Improve the company’s rankings and visibility on Google.
- Manage and regularly update the Shopify website.
- Upload and update products, images, descriptions, prices, collections, banners, and other website content.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and campaign conversions.
- Monitor competitors and identify new content and advertising opportunities.
- Prepare monthly reports covering followers, reach, engagement, website traffic, leads, conversions, and advertising performance.
- Maintain consistency in the company’s branding and communication across all digital platforms.
- Coordinate product photography and video creation when required.

Required Skills
- Social media management and content planning.

- Shopify website management.
- Canva or similar graphic-design tools.
- Basic photo and video editing.
- Lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Solid written communication in English and Hindi.
- Ability to understand technical products and present them in an engaging manner.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
