About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Intern to join our team in Kozhikode.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll work on real client accounts and be involved in the thinking behind the content, not just posting it.

You’ll help turn business objectives into content ideas, social media strategies and campaigns across platforms.

What You’ll Work On

- Researching clients, audiences, competitors and industry trends
- Developing content ideas and content calendars
- Writing captions, hooks, carousel copy and reel scripts
- Supporting social media strategy for client accounts
- Managing and maintaining social media pages
- Researching relevant trends and finding ways to adapt them to different brands
- Supporting campaign and content planning
- Tracking content performance and identifying what is working
- Using AI tools for research, ideation, writing and content workflows
- Working with designers, editors and the wider marketing team
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and client/project discussions

What We’re Looking For





- Strong writing and communication skills
- Good understanding of Instagram and social media
- Ability to come up with original content ideas
- Genuine interest in social media, brands and marketing
- Keeps up with current social media trends
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools
- Basic understanding of content strategy
- Good attention to detail and organization
- Willingness to learn, take feedback and take ownership

Positive to Have

- Basic Canva knowledge
- Basic video editing
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
- Understanding of social media analytics
- Experience managing a personal, college or business page
- Interest in performance marketing, branding or AI
