We are looking for a creative, confident, proactive, and AI-savvy Social Media & Content Creator Intern to join our Marketing team in Bengaluru.

This is a full-time, on-site, on-camera role for someone who is comfortable being in front of the camera and excited about creating content around AI, technology, product management, leadership, education, and industry trends .

This role goes beyond managing social media. You will become one of the faces of our digital content , contributing to content ideation, research, scripting, filming, storytelling, and social media execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

What You’ll Do

- Be comfortable appearing on camera for short-form videos, reels, interviews, explainers, event coverage, and thought leadership content .
- Ideate and develop engaging content ideas for social media.
- Research trends, industry conversations, competitors, and audience interests to identify content opportunities.
- Write or assist with scripts, hooks, captions, talking points, and video concepts .
- Present ideas and topics naturally and confidently on camera.
- Participate in content shoots for programs, events, workshops, campaigns, faculty content, and brand initiatives .
- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Assist with basic video editing, thumbnails, graphics, and other content assets where required.
- Schedule and publish content while maintaining consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and audience behaviour.
- Use performance insights to identify what content is working and suggest improvements.
- Engage with comments and messages in coordination with the marketing team.
- Collaborate with faculty, academic teams, marketing, and creative teams to turn expertise and events into compelling social content.
- Explore AI tools for research, ideation, scripting, content creation, editing, and experimentation .




- Stay updated with emerging social media formats, creator trends, and content styles.

- Can research a topic and turn it into an interesting story or piece of content.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Takes ownership and is willing to be involved from idea to execution .
