We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator to manage and develop engaging content for the company’s social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends and be able to create relatable, informative, and engaging content around workplace, employment, office life, and professional topics.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.

- Develop Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories, captions, and other social media content.

- Brainstorm creative content ideas related to work, jobs, employment, workplace culture, and office life.

- Stay updated with current social media trends, viral formats, memes, and trending topics and adapt them appropriately/ professionally.

- Write engaging captions and develop concepts/scripts for short-form videos.

- Coordinate with team members to arrange content,



shoots, and other requirements.

- Monitor content performance, engagement, and reach and suggest improvements.

- Ensure content is skilled, relatable, and aligned with the company’s communication style.

Requirements

- Prior experience in social media content creation is preferred.

- Strong creativity and understanding of social media platforms.

- Good communication and writing skills.

- Ability to create engaging Reels and short-form video content.

- Good understanding of current social media trends and audience behaviour.

- Basic knowledge of tools.

- Strong sense of storytelling, presentation, and visual content.

- Ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
