Growbro.ai is looking for a Social Media & Brand Growth professional who can take complete ownership of our social media and help build the Growbro brand from the ground up.

This is not a conventional social media manager role where you only post content. We’re a startup, so you’ll be expected to wear multiple hats — strategy, content, execution, team coordination, growth and lead generation.

What you'll do

- Take complete ownership of Growbro’s social media across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and other relevant platforms.
- Build and execute the overall social media and brand-growth strategy.
- Plan content calendars and ensure consistent execution.
- Work with and manage content writers, designers, video editors and other creative resources.
- Create and coordinate Reels, posts, carousels, videos, campaigns and other content.
- Identify trends, content opportunities and new growth channels.
- Build Growbro’s brand voice, positioning and online community.
- Track social media performance, engagement, reach and lead generation.
- Experiment with content and growth strategies to turn social media into a business acquisition channel.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture leads through organic channels.
- Take ownership of results rather than simply completing assigned tasks.

You should be comfortable

- Managing multiple projects at the same time.

- Working across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and other platforms.
- Testing current ideas quickly and learning from results.
- Taking responsibility for both brand growth and business outcomes.

Previous experience building a company page, personal brand, creator account or community is a strong advantage. Compensation & Growth

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹70,000/month, depending on experience, skills and ability to take ownership.

Performance-based growth opportunities are available. As Growbro grows, your responsibilities, compensation and opportunity to build and lead the team will grow with it.

Hybrid — 4 days in office + 2 days WFH
