About MINIWINI

MINIWINI is a new-age D2C travel personal-care brand rethinking how people carry and use toiletries while travelling. Our concentrated, lightweight and leak-proof products are designed to make travel easier while reducing unnecessary water and packaging.

We are looking for a creative, energetic and internet-savvy Social Media Executive who wants to learn, experiment and build a brand from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.

Ideate and create Reels, carousels, stories, memes and static content.

Find trending sounds, formats, memes and content opportunities.

Write engaging hooks, captions and short-form video scripts.

Assist in planning and executing the monthly content calendar.

Shoot simple product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content using a smartphone.

Edit Reels and short-form videos using CapCut, Canva, VN or similar tools.

Help create founder-led content and participate in content shoots.

Research travel, beauty,



lifestyle and D2C trends.

Monitor content performance and identify what is working.

Support influencer/creator collaborations and UGC campaigns.

Repurpose content across different platforms.

Experiment with new AI tools for content creation and ideation.

Who We're Looking For

0–1 year experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.

Freshers are welcome if you have a strong personal/college/project portfolio.

Strong interest in Instagram, Reels, memes and internet culture.

Good communication and basic copywriting skills.

Creative mindset with a solid sense of visual aesthetics.

Willingness to appear in videos is a big plus.

Basic knowledge of Canva and CapCut/video editing.

Curious, proactive and willing to experiment.

Ability to work from our Greater Noida location., saves, shares, engagement and conversions.

Conduct competitor and category research to identify content gaps and opportunities.

Support influencer collaborations, UGC campaigns and creator outreach.

Stay updated with Instagram/Meta trends, algorithms, formats and emerging content styles.
