We’re Hiring: Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist ?

Location: Noida | Experience: 3–4 Years (D2C / Beauty / Skincare / Wellness)

Reporting To: Direct Alignment with CEO & Leadership Team

Brand Focus: Brand Omeo (Primary D2C) & B. Jain Pharma (Secondary Institutional)

We are seeking a growth marketer to scale direct revenue for our flagship D2C brand Omeo while elevating digital authority for B. Jain Pharma.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing: Launch and scale high-ROI paid media campaigns on Meta Ads, Google PPC/Shopping, and marketplaces to drive direct revenue and customer acquisition.

Content Engine & Social Cadence: Build visual content repositories (Reels, UGC, carousels) and manage publishing calendars across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Doctor Advocacy & Creator Networks: Manage influencer partnerships (gifting, affiliate, UGC) and build digital advocacy programs with healthcare practitioners.





Competitor Intel & CRO: Track competitor creative hooks, pricing, and funnels. Analyze GA4/Shopify analytics to optimize conversion rates and Average Order Value (AOV).

Leadership Alignment & Dashboarding: Work closely with the CEO, manage external partner agencies, and present weekly executive performance dashboards.

Requirements

3–4 years of hands-on experience in D2C Social Media & Performance Marketing.

Technical proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Shopify analytics.

Strong track record in creator management and executive-level communication.
