Key Skills & Experience:

Experience: 8 to 20 Years

Location: Bangalore / Chennai

✅ Strong semiconductor/VLSI background in one or more domains such as Physical Design (PD), Design Verification (DV), RTL Design, Post-Silicon Validation (PSV), Analog/Mixed Signal, DFT, or SoC Development.

✅ Proven ability to drive complex programs across multiple engineering teams, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and deliver milestones on schedule.

✅ Experience in silicon product development lifecycle,



from architecture and design through tape-out, validation, and product launch.

✅ Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with leadership, and drive alignment across globally distributed organisations.

✅ Expertise in program planning, execution tracking, issue resolution, and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced engineering environment.

✅ Engineers who have transitioned from hands-on VLSI roles into Program Management or experienced VLSI professionals aspiring to move into TPM roles are highly encouraged to apply.
