- We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Developer to design, develop, and optimize scalable cloud data warehouse solutions.

- The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, SQL, ETL/ELT, AWS S3, and data migration, with good understanding of contemporary data engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Snowflake databases, schemas, tables, views, stages, file formats, stored procedures, and tasks.

- Develop complex SQL queries, transformations, and data models for enterprise data platforms.

- Build batch and incremental data pipelines using COPY INTO, Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks.

- Implement CDC and SCD Type 1/Type 2 solutions for incremental data processing.

- Integrate Snowflake with AWS S3 and other source/target systems.

- Perform data migration from Oracle/SQL Server or other RDBMS to Snowflake.

- Implement data validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and quality checks.

- Optimize Snowflake query performance, virtual warehouse utilization, clustering, and micro-partitioning.

- Utilize Snowflake features including Time Travel, Zero-Copy Cloning,



Data Sharing, Secure Views, and masking policies.

- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using tools such as dbt, Informatica, Matillion, or similar platforms.

- Write Python/Shell scripts for automation, validation, and operational activities.

- Participate in unit testing, deployment, troubleshooting, production support, and documentation.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Required Skills

- 4-8 years of IT experience with strong hands-on Snowflake development.

- Excellent SQL and data warehousing knowledge.

- Strong experience with AWS S3, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, CDC, and ETL/ELT.

- Experience with data migration and performance tuning.

- Good exposure to Python and dbt.

- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, Star/Snowflake schemas, and SCD.

- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
