Role & responsibilities

- SMT Design & Process Quality Ownership across stencil, pallet/fixture, and P&P; programming.

- Ensure documentation accuracy and APQP/CFT execution across all programs.

- Drive supplier performance improvement and tooling/consumable cost optimization.

- Build team capability through training, skill matrix management, and knowledge sharing.

- Lead Kaizen, productivity improvement, and current technology implementation projects.

- Provide corporate and backend process engineering support including stencil, tooling, fixture, and SAP stock confirmation activities.
