Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) and General Accounting activities.

- Review and approve Journal Entries, Accruals, and GL transactions.

- Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations and support month-end/year-end close.

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accounting professionals.

- Coordinate with internal and global stakeholders for smooth financial operations.

- Identify process gaps and drive process improvements and operational excellence.

- Handle accounting queries, analysis, and timely resolution of issues.

- Work in US Shift and support global accounting operations.
