Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) activities.
- Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and General Ledger transactions.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely month-end and year-end close.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accounting professionals.
- Coordinate with internal and global stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.





Required Qualifications -5+ years of experience in General Accounting/RTR.

- Strong knowledge of Journal Entries, General Ledger, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Accruals, and

Month-End Close.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work in the US Shift.
