About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SME – FP&A; to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in FP&A; processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS.
- Analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast and provide variance analysis.
- Prepare financial models, dashboards, and management reports.
- Partner with business teams to understand financial performance and provide insights.
- Support annual operating plans and long-term financial planning.
- Track key financial and business KPIs.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial reporting.




- Support senior management with data-driven financial insights and recommendations.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A; / Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of financial modelling is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Experience with ERP/BI tools such as SAP, Oracle, Power BI, etc. will be an advantage.

Education MBA/PGDM (Finance) / CA / CMA / Graduate in Finance or related field.
