Role Description This is a full time, on-site Esthetician role based at our clinic in Delhi, India. The Esthetician will perform a range of professional skin care treatments, including facials, peels, and other non-invasive procedures aligned with dermatologists’ recommendations.

Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, assessing skin concerns, recommending appropriate services and products, and maintaining accurate treatment records. The role involves performing hair removal services, supporting cosmetic procedures, and ensuring all equipment and treatment rooms are kept clean and prepared in accordance with safety and hygiene standards. The Esthetician will also provide attentive customer service,



explain aftercare instructions, and collaborate with the team to promote clinic services and support client retention.

Qualifications

- Strong practical skills in Skin Care and Cosmetology, including facials, peels, and non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
- Proficiency in Hair Removal techniques (e.g., waxing, threading, laser-assisted procedures under supervision) with attention to comfort and safety.
- Effective Customer Service abilities, including active listening, clear communication, and a client-centered approach.
- Basic Sales and consultation skills to recommend suitable treatments and products in an ethical, needs-based manner.
- Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, aesthetics, or skin care from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of hygiene, infection control, and clinic safety protocols; ability to follow dermatologists’ clinical guidance.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary dermatology setting.
- Prior experience in a dermatology clinic, spa, or aesthetic center is preferred; familiarity with skin care products and devices is an advantage.
