We are looking for a skilled SketchUp & 3ds Max Artist to join our team and create high-quality 3D architectural and interior models.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of architectural visualization, materials, lighting, textures, and 3D asset creation.

You will work closely with our design and AI filmmaking teams to develop and optimise 3D models for architectural visualization, cinematic renders, marketing films, and AI-driven creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality architectural 3D models using SketchUp (.skp) and 3ds Max (.max).
- Develop accurate interior, exterior, landscape, and site models based on CAD drawings, PDFs, design references, and concepts.
- Convert architectural drawings and design concepts into detailed and visually accurate 3D models.
- Apply realistic materials, textures, finishes, and surfaces using appropriate PBR workflows and UV mapping.
- Source, create, and optimise high-quality 3D assets including furniture, vegetation, décor, lighting fixtures, architectural elements, and other scene components.
- Set up and maintain well-organised project files, including proper naming conventions, layers, assets, and file structures.
- Optimise 3D models and scenes for high-quality rendering and cinematic output.




- Collaborate with the AI Filmmaking Team to prepare and optimise models for AI workflows, cinematic rendering, and marketing films.
- Review and improve models based on feedback from designers, architects, and other team members.
- Ensure all assigned projects are completed within committed timelines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in SketchUp and 3ds Max.

Good understanding of architectural modelling and visualization.
- Knowledge of materials, textures, UV mapping, lighting, and PBR workflows.
- Ability to understand and work from CAD drawings, architectural plans, PDFs, and design references.
- Good understanding of interior, exterior, landscape, and architectural elements.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage and organise complex 3D project files and assets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative, design, and filmmaking teams.
- Good time management and ability to work within deadlines.

Experiencess

1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural 3D modelling, interior/exterior visualization, or a related field.

Freshers with a strong understanding and excellent command of SketchUp and 3ds Max may also be considered.
