Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee the day-to-day execution of architecture and interior projects. This is a full-time, on-site role in Chandigarh.
The role involves coordinating contractors, vendors, and labour teams, monitoring site progress, ensuring quality workmanship, and executing work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision and construction execution.
- Experience in architecture and interior projects.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
- Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, finishes, and site execution.
- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and multiple site teams.
- Ability to monitor quality, timelines, and day-to-day site activities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with projects in Chandigarh and the surrounding region is an advantage.
