Role Description The Site Supervisor is a contract, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring work is executed according to plans, specifications, and safety regulations. This position monitors workforce productivity, coordinates with subcontractors and suppliers, and verifies that materials, tools, and equipment are available as needed.

The Site

Supervisor conducts site inspections, tracks progress against project schedules, and reports issues or delays to project management. The role also includes maintaining site documentation, supporting quality control processes, and fostering effective communication among engineers, workers,



and stakeholders to keep projects on track and compliant with standards.

Qualifications

- Experience supervising construction sites, with practical knowledge of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and drawings, including ability to interpret plans and specifications.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, site safety practices, and compliance with local building codes and government standards.
- Skills in coordinating labor, subcontractors, and suppliers, including basic resource and time management.
- Ability to maintain daily logs, site reports, and basic documentation using standard office and construction tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide site teams and liaise with engineers, clients, and inspectors.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to respond to on-site challenges promptly.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; relevant site supervisory experience may substitute for formal education.
- Prior experience with government or public-sector construction projects is an advantage.
- Willingness to work full days in office in varying weather and site conditions, following all safety protocols.

Note: Working Hours 8AM - 5PM with lunch break from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
