Role Description The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at construction sites, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. This full-time role includes coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring labor and material usage, and reporting progress and issues to project management.

The Site

Supervisor conducts regular site inspections, enforces safety and compliance protocols, and assists in resolving technical and operational challenges as they arise. The role also involves maintaining site documentation, supporting quality control checks, and communicating clearly with stakeholders. This is an on-site role located in Pune City.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of construction site operations, including supervision of labor, coordination with contractors, and adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements relevant to residential and commercial construction projects.




- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, project documentation, and work orders, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with project managers, engineers, vendors, and in office teams.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities, including managing multiple tasks, addressing site issues, and making timely decisions.
- Basic proficiency in using project management tools, email, and documentation software for reporting and record-keeping.
- Prior experience as a site supervisor or in a similar construction supervision role; experience in residential and commercial projects is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune City and manage field conditions, including extended hours when required by project timelines.
