Role Description We are an A-Grade Electrical Contracting firm seeking an honest, alert, and active fresher for the role of Site Supervisor to manage daily ground operations across active project sites. In this role, your primary duty is to oversee site discipline, maintain accurate daily labor attendance, and safeguard high-value electrical inventory—such as copper cables, DB boxes, and conduit pipes—to prevent theft or wastage.





You will be responsible for conducting daily joint measurements with the client’s site engineers, securing signed work sheets for billing, and coordinating proactively with our head office to order required materials 3 to 4 days in advance. No technical engineering background is required, but candidates must possess robust street smarts, basic math skills, and the confidence to manage sub-contractors effectively. This position offers a fixed salary of ₹20,000/month plus a daily food allowance of ₹250/day along with free company-provided basic room accommodation near the site.

Candidates must be comfortable with floor/basic lodging arrangements and open to relocating as site locations change per project.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in site supervision activities, including workforce management, task allocation, and monitoring daily work progress.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, project manger contractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate site records, prepare reports, and use basic project tracking tools or software.
- Relevant technical qualification such as a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
