Key Responsibilities1. AMC Site Supervision

- Supervise and monitor daily fire & safety AMC activities at client sites.

- Ensure scheduled preventive maintenance and servicing activities are completed on time.

- Supervise technicians and helpers and allocate daily work as per the AMC schedule and site requirements.

- Ensure technicians report to the assigned site on time and follow the planned service schedule.

- Monitor the quality and completion of work carried out by the service team.

- Conduct regular site visits to check the progress and quality of AMC activities.

1. AMC Execution

- Coordinate with the AMC Manager, Engineers, Technicians, Contractors, and Client Representatives for smooth execution of AMC activities.

- Ensure all preventive maintenance, breakdown calls, inspections, servicing, and rectification work are completed within the agreed timeline.

- Check the availability of required tools, testing equipment, spare parts, and materials before starting the work.

- Monitor the proper use of materials and spare parts and minimize unnecessary wastage.

- Coordinate with the client/site team to schedule maintenance visits without affecting their regular operations.

- Ensure all AMC activities are carried out as per the AMC scope of work, service schedule, client requirements, and company procedures.

- Follow up on pending complaints, breakdowns, defects, and rectification work until proper closure.

- Escalate major technical issues, additional work requirements, and site-related concerns to the AMC Manager.

1. Fire &
- Safety System Maintenance

Supervise inspection, servicing, maintenance, and testing of applicable fire and safety systems, including:

- Fire Extinguishers

- Fire Hydrant Systems

- Sprinkler Systems

- Fire Pumps

- Fire Alarm Systems

- Fire Hose Reels

- Valves and Accessories

- Fire Fighting Equipment

- Emergency and Safety Equipment

- Other fire protection systems covered under the AMC

1. Preventive &
- Breakdown Maintenance

- Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out according to the approved AMC schedule.

- Attend and coordinate breakdown/service complaints received from clients.

- Identify basic faults and coordinate with technicians for rectification.





- Ensure breakdown complaints are attended within the required response time.

- Maintain records of pending and completed complaints.

- Follow up until the client confirms satisfactory completion wherever required.

1. Client Coordination

- Maintain professional communication with client representatives and site personnel.

- Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance visits with clients.

- Understand client complaints and communicate them clearly to the technical team.

- Inform the client about identified defects, replacement requirements, and additional work, after obtaining necessary approval from the concerned manager.

- Coordinate client inspections and obtain necessary acknowledgements/sign-offs for completed work.

- Maintain a good working relationship with clients.

1. Manpower &
- Team Management

- Allocate daily duties to technicians and helpers.

- Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and productivity of AMC staff.

- Ensure adequate manpower is available as per site requirements.

- Guide technicians and helpers regarding proper work procedures.

- Report manpower shortages, absenteeism, or performance issues to the AMC Manager.

- Ensure team members follow company and client-site rules.

1. Material &
- Spare Parts Management

- Check stock and availability of required AMC materials and spare parts.

- Raise material/spare requirements in advance to avoid service delays.

- Monitor material consumption at the site.

- Ensure proper handling, storage, and utilization of company/client materials.

- Maintain records of materials and spare parts used during maintenance work.

- Report damaged, missing, or excess materials to the concerned authority.

1. Quality &
- Safety Compliance

- Ensure AMC work is carried out as per required quality and safety standards.





- Ensure technicians use appropriate PPE while working at client sites.

- Ensure safe working practices are followed during maintenance and testing activities.

- Check that tools and equipment are used safely and properly.

- Report accidents, incidents, unsafe conditions, or major safety concerns immediately.

- Ensure proper housekeeping after completion of work.

- Ensure compliance with client safety procedures and permit requirements wherever applicable.

1. Documentation &
- Reporting

- Maintain daily AMC activity and service reports.

- Prepare and submit preventive maintenance reports and breakdown reports.

- Maintain records of completed, pending, and upcoming AMC activities.

- Collect client signatures/acknowledgements on service reports wherever required.

- Maintain records of defective equipment, replacement requirements, and additional work.

- Submit daily/weekly site updates to the AMC Manager.

- Share site photographs, service reports, and other required documents as per company procedure.

- Ensure all AMC documentation is complete and submitted on time.

1. Inspection, Testing &
- Certification

- Supervise inspection and testing of fire protection and safety equipment.

- Coordinate testing of applicable systems such as fire pumps, hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, and other equipment covered under the AMC.

- Assist the technical team during client inspections and demonstrations.

- Ensure identified defects are properly recorded and followed up for rectification.

- Coordinate with the concerned team for testing, commissioning, and certification requirements wherever applicable.

1. Additional Work &
- Revenue Opportunities

- Identify additional repair, replacement, servicing, or maintenance requirements observed during AMC visits.

- Inform the AMC Manager about equipment requiring replacement or major repair.

- Coordinate with the concerned team for preparation of quotations for additional work.

- Ensure additional work is carried out only after the required client/company approval.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
