Supervise day-to-day construction and finishing activities at the project site.
Coordinate with contractors, labourers, vendors and site engineers.
Monitor work quality, manpower and daily progress.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and timelines.
Monitor material receipt, usage, storage and wastage.
Identify and report site issues, delays, defects and safety concerns.
Maintain daily site reports, photographs and records.
Coordinate for rectification and finishing works.
Maintain site cleanliness, discipline and basic safety standards.
Coordinate with the sales team during customer/site visits and ensure customer safety and basic comfort.
Assist in maintaining the site in a presentable condition for visitors.
Escalate significant technical, commercial or customer-related matters to management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
