Company Description NURA – Sustained Health with Active-AI Screening – is a collaboration between Fujifilm Healthcare and Dr Kutty’s Healthcare, combining advanced AI-enabled imaging with expert clinical care. The organization focuses on regular health screening programs designed to detect cancers and lifestyle-related diseases at an early stage.

By serving generally healthy, asymptomatic individuals, NURA aims to lower health risks and improve the chances of successful treatment through early detection. NURA currently operates centers in Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Mumbai, and is expanding its presence to new locations to reach more communities.

Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the screening center. This position coordinates staff schedules, ensures adherence to clinical and safety protocols, and monitors the quality and efficiency of screening services.

The Site

Supervisor manages patient flow, responds to operational issues in real time, and supports a positive, respectful environment for both patients and team members. The role also involves maintaining facility standards, coordinating with central management for reporting and compliance, and assisting with local outreach or awareness initiatives as needed.





Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare facility or diagnostic center operations, with the ability to supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Strong people-management and leadership skills, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Organizational and administrative skills for scheduling, documentation, reporting, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to support clear interactions with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of basic clinical workflows, safety protocols, and quality standards in a healthcare screening environment.
- Proficiency with common digital tools and comfort working in a technology-enabled, AI-driven screening setting.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Kozhikode, with a focus on reliability, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as healthcare management, nursing, radiology, or allied health) preferred; prior supervisory experience in healthcare is an advantage.
