We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction project sites. You will be responsible for managing site workers, ensuring health and safety standards are met, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed on schedule and within quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and workflow on the construction site.

- Coordinate, supervise, and direct sub-contractors and site labor.

- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with building codes, project plans, and safety regulations.

- Report daily progress, delays, and site issues to the Project Manager.

- Material management: receive, track, and inspect deliveries in office.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Construction Foreman, or similar role (1 years preferred).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Degree or diploma certification in construction management or engineering is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
