Position: Site Supervisor

Location: Guwahati

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, workers, and the design team.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Check the quality and quantity of materials used at the site.
- Take site measurements and provide regular progress updates.
- Identify and resolve basic on-site issues in coordination with the project/design team.
- Ensure proper site discipline, safety,



and cleanliness.
- Coordinate material deliveries and maintain basic site records.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in construction, interior fit-outs, or site supervision is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good knowledge of site execution, materials, and construction processes.
- Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
