We are looking for experienced and responsible Site Supervisors to manage day-to-day site activities for our construction and interior/project execution works.
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that workers, materials, drawings and daily site activities are properly coordinated and executed according to the project requirements.
This is a hands-on position requiring strong site management, worker coordination and practical construction knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and project execution activities at site.
- Read and understand architectural, structural, interior and service drawings.
- Ensure site work is carried out according to approved drawings and instructions.
- Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors and site teams.
- Allocate daily work to workers and monitor productivity.
- Check workmanship and ensure required quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the project team for timely availability.
- Take site measurements and maintain proper records.
- Monitor daily progress against the project schedule.
- Identify site issues and immediately report them to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors and other project personnel.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour records and progress updates.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and secure working practices at the site.
- Check that completed works are ready for inspection and further stages.
- Assist in coordinating different trades and activities to avoid delays.
- Monitor material wastage and ensure proper use of resources.
- Visit/coordinate with other project locations whenever required.
Experience: Preferably 3–7 years of relevant site supervision experience in construction, interiors or project execution.
Candidates with robust practical site experience and good knowledge of drawings may also be considered.

Important Screening Requirement The candidate must be comfortable working at construction sites and taking full responsibility for day-to-day site supervision. Willingness to travel to other project sites whenever required will be an advantage.
Recruitment Priority
Practical site-management ability is more important than academic qualification alone.
We are looking for supervisors who can actually manage a site, understand drawings, control workers and deliver progress, rather than candidates who only have theoretical knowledge.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
