Site Supervisor – Civil

Paul & Shini Architects is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor – Civil to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in residential construction and be capable of handling site activities efficiently while maintaining quality and timelines.

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, architects, consultants, and other project team members.
- Monitor material usage, workmanship, and construction quality.
- Check measurements and maintain site records and reports.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
- Monitor safety practices and maintain proper site discipline.




- Coordinate with the office team regarding project progress and requirements.

Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction/site supervision.
- Good knowledge of residential building construction and construction practices.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and workers effectively.
- Candidates with experience in residential projects will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
