Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor site safety policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with PPE and safe working practices.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings,



and site inductions.
- Monitor work-at-height, lifting, scaffolding, electrical, hot-work, and other high-risk activities.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and documentation.
- Investigate incidents/near misses and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to improve safety performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and company safety requirements.
- Promote a solid safety culture across the project site.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices.
- Experience in PUF/PEB or industrial construction projects preferred.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to identify risks and implement effective control measures.
- Strong understanding of work-at-height and lifting safety.
