We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Site Planner to manage the planning and operations of the brand’s owned digital channels, including the website, App, CRM and Email Marketing .

The organization is a globally recognized Japanese fashion retailer , known for high-quality casual apparel and a robust international presence. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with local and global digital marketing teams and cross-functional business teams.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

✔ Website & App Content Planning

✔ Weekly, Monthly & Seasonal Content Planning

✔ CRM & Email Direct Marketing (EDM) Strategy

✔ CRM & EDM Performance Optimization

✔ E-commerce Performance Analysis & Reporting

✔ SEO & Digital Marketing Best Practices

✔ Cross-functional Collaboration with Marketing & Merchandising Teams

✔ Junior Team Management & Development

✅ We’re Looking For:





• 5+ years of direct experience in E-commerce Operations & Digital Marketing

• Strong expertise in Google Analytics, SEO & Content Management Systems

• Hands-on experience in Website & App Content Planning

• Strong understanding of CRM & EDM best practices, tracking & optimization

- Strong analytical and data-driven approach
- Experience creating dashboards and deriving actionable insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Growth mindset with the ability to drive digital demand generation
- Bachelor’s degree; Marketing preferred

Plus: Experience with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Manager, TikTok Ads and Search Console.
