Role Description The Site Project Manager is a full-time, in office position based in Barmer, responsible for overseeing transmission line and switchyard project activities at the site. This role includes planning and coordinating daily construction operations, managing contractors and site teams, and ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Manager will monitor material deliveries, supervise inspections, verify compliance with engineering specifications, and coordinate logistics for equipment and resources. The role also involves tracking progress, preparing site reports, addressing operational issues, and collaborating with project stakeholders,



including clients, vendors, and internal engineering teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track materials, follow up with vendors, and ensure on-time delivery of equipment and services.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify construction quality, safety compliance, and adherence to technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle material movement, site storage, transport arrangements, and related documentation.
- Relevant experience in power transmission, switchyard, or substation projects, preferably in EPC or infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of safety standards, quality management, and regulatory requirements for construction and electrical projects.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with capacity to manage on-site teams and contractors.
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Barmer and travel to project locations as required.
