SITE IN-CHARGE – CIVIL Engineer for Residential Plotted Colony

Job Location: Kharkhoda, Sonipat

Job Purpose To manage the complete site execution, supervision, coordination, quality control, MEP works and contractor billing for the residential plotted colony project.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise all civil, infrastructure and MEP work at the project site.
- Monitor earthwork, plot levelling, roads, boundary walls, drainage, sewerage and water supply works.
- Supervise electrical ducting, street lighting, plumbing and other MEP services.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, surveyors and vendors.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, materials and daily work progress.
- Verify plot demarcation, setting out, levels and completed work quantities.
- Prepare DPRs, site records, material statements and work progress reports.
- Prepare, verify and certify contractor RA bills and final bills for civil and MEP works.




- Conduct joint measurements and maintain Measurement Sheets and MB records.
- Verify quantities against approved drawings, BOQ and contract terms.
- Prepare rate analysis for extra and non-BOQ items.
- Maintain contractor billing statements, deductions and material reconciliation records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for bill processing and payments.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and resolve technical and execution issues.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of all project works.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of civil, infrastructure, electrical, plumbing and MEP works.
- Experience in residential plotted development, township or external development projects.
- Valuable understanding of BOQ, quantity surveying, rate analysis and contractor billing.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and site reporting.
- Strong contractor management, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
